Join us for a small group, personalized yoga class! Maximum four participants: the focus is on learning poses with the modifications YOU need to become stronger, more flexible and have better balance. Chair yoga does not mean you must be seated in a chair, but it can be 100% in a chair and/or with props to help you do your best practice. This is a great class if you struggle to get onto a yoga mat, have any hip/knee/back trouble that needs therapeutic yoga, or if you have not taken yoga and want to start slowly.
